The Las Piñas City Fire Station, under the leadership of FSUPT JOSEPHUS FRANCO ALBURO, City Fire Marshal, through the Efforts of FO2 Joe Mc Lien G Florin, has initiated the “Digital Communication System Optimization” project, an innovative effort to enhance the station’s communication capabilities. Building on successful implementations in Malabon City and Taguig City, this ongoing project in Las Piñas Cityaims to streamline communication channels, improve information dissemination, and optimize emergency response efficiency.

The Personnel Monitoring Database, spearheaded by FSUPT JOSEPHUS FRANCO ALBURO, the City Fire Marshal, and designed by FO2 Joe Mc Lien G Florin, is an ambitious project to revolutionize personnel management within the fire station. The project seeks to develop a robust and secure digital database, a centralized hub for essential personnel information. This centralized repository will streamline staff tracking and management, ensuring that critical data is easily accessible to authorized users while maintaining the highest standards of security.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) deals with large volumes of data and documents daily for administrative and operational purposes. Efficient and secure management of this data is crucial for smooth operations and effective decision-making. The Optimized and Reliable Access System (ORAS) was developed to address these needs. ORAS is an innovative data and file management solution, utilizing a Network-Attached Storage (NAS) system to offer secure, centralized, and easily accessible storage for the BFP’s essential documents. This system will significantly enhance the BFP’s data management capabilities, enabling seamless access and security.

The Automated Check-In System (ACS) is a digital solution that utilizes NFC technology and a web-based dashboard to automate the check-in, deployment, real-time monitoring and post-operation reporting. This initiative ensures faster, accurate, and transparent information flow among command centers and responding teams, particularly during high-alarm incidents.

Disaster Watch Discord server within the context of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-OPFM ZN is an innovative and collaborative platform established in August 2023 to monitor and address hydro-meteorological hazards. This server serves as a crucial tool for the BFP, allowing them to gather, disseminate, and respond to real-time information related to weather-related disasters such as storms, floods, and other hydro-meteorological events. It is an integral part of the BFP’s efforts to enhance disaster preparedness, response, and community engagement.

The Fire Alert is a channel in the Telegram Application. It is a communication system used by the BFP Zamboanga del Norte to activate Running Card System at the same time serves as real time notification to the public of the fire incidents occurring within the province.

These Inter-Agency Response Mobile Applications are designed to facilitate inter-agency response during emergencies. These apps allow users to quickly contact relevant agencies in times of uncertainty or disaster, access detailed information about emergency response offices or stations in their city, and pinpoint the exact geographical location of these resources.
